Staff is on-hand to assist you with any questions or problems you may encounter while using this web site and the associated Excel files.

There are two ways to contact the Help Desk:

Via Phone: (703) 647-1655 - only during reporting period of December 7, 2009 - March 31, 2010

Daily Hours of Operation are: Monday - Friday, 10am - 3pm, Eastern Time.

Or,Via Email: SLCPSupport@vipconsulting.com (ongoing)

Please note: Response turnaround time is 24 hours.

For lost or forgotten user access codes (i.e., usernames, passwords and pins) the Project Director on record with the U.S. Department of Education(ED) must send an email request to SLCPSupport@vipconsulting.com for assistance with this matter. Project Directors must give VIP their Grant PR Award Number for all such correspondence requests.

If the Project Director on record is no longer with his or her SLC Grant's District, the newly designated District SLC Project Director must contact the District's ED Program Officer to obtain formal written approval for this designation change before obtaining user access codes from VIP.
